bio & CV
Erin Stanley is a painter from San Antonio, Texas, that deals with the themes of intimacy and objectification in her representational, yet expressive and spatially nonconformist oil paintings. She grew up creating art with her three sisters, who are frequently subjects in her work. Her father paints recreationally and nourished her creativity from early childhood alongside her mother whose eloquence and love for language has inspired Erin’s affinity for poetry and stories. Erin has been attending the University of San Antonio since 2022 and plans to graduate soon with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Painting, after which she plans to get her Master’s of Fine Arts.
